Project: Ghosts

Ghosts presents ongoing investigation into the emotional afterlives of memory. Rather than depicting haunting as something dark or oppressive, it reimagines these lingering presences through softened, cartoon-like forms that disarm fear and invite new possibilities of relation. Constructed from organic and repurposed materials the works embody a tactile sensitivity that mirrors the shifting nature of memory itself.

In this series, ghosts become intermediaries between past and present, offering viewers a way to encounter unresolved emotions with gentleness rather than avoidance. The attention to humor, color, and vulnerability transforms the ghosts into companions: figures that acknowledge the weight of what remains while making space for curiosity, play, and renewal.
Ghosts ultimately reveals how the past can be reshaped—materially and emotionally—through acts of imagination, care, and creative reconfiguration.
